We send the majority of our parcels with DHL and on occasion we use France Post Colissimo delivery. We will email you on receipt of your order to confrm that we are processing with your delivery. Once en-route, we will send you the tracking information. When paying by advanced payment, delivery will be made only upon receipt of full payment on the LOTUS PARADIS bank account (or via authorized payment agent).

Customs / Import Duties

Please be aware that customs or import duties may be charged. Lotus Paradis is not responsible for these charges and these charges will be payable by the customer. Customs policies vary from country to country and generally do not exceed 20% of the value of the goods. Please contact your local customs office for further information. 

Returns / Refunds

We offer free returns worldwide on all purchases. If you wish to make a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of your order by one of the methods listed below:

Details about how to make returns will be included in your parcel, using the return labels provided. Please fill in the enclosed return slip and make sure to include it in the returned parcel. We strongly advise that you use the original packaging of Lotus Paradis when returning goods to ensure the items are delivered safely without damage. However, use of the original packaging is not obligatory and does not affect the customer’s statutory rights. To prevent parcels from going missing, we strongly recommend that you send the return by registered mail with insurance and tracking number. Please understand that we are unable to accept returns of clothing that are soiled, have been worn, washed or dry-cleaned.

Credit amounts resulting from returns shall be reimbursed to the bank account from the original payment. 


Products purchased from Lotus Paradis are not able to be exchanged. If your ordered item does not fit and you wish to exchange it for a different size or colour, Lotus Paradis requests that you return the item and place a new order for the product concerned. A refund will be made on receipt of your item. 


If upon receipt of your order you notice any transport damages to the packaging upon delivery, you are  kindly requested to have the delivery carrier employee confirm such damage in writing, and to notify Lotus Paradis accordingly. Failure to obtain written confirmation has no consequences for the statutory warranty rights of the customer. Written confirmation from the carrier serves the assertion of the claim by Lotus Paradis against the carrier or transport insurance.

    In the payment section, select Payment type « Pay by bank wire ». You will receive the bank details for Lotus Paradis and the order number will be automatically generated with an email order confirmation.

    Any transfer costs and bank charges are due by the customer.

    With iDEAL you will be redirected to Mollie.BV. It is the most used payment method in the Netherlands. The software redirects you to your bank’s website.

  • With « CartaSi » you can pay with your Credit cards and Mastercards securely. This payment method is most used in Italy.

    When paying by credit card, you will be charged immediately when the order process is completed.

    Paypal allows you to pay online securely, quickly and easily. It is based on the payment methods directly from your bank. For each transaction you decide whether you would like to pay by bank transfer, direct debit, Paypal account, or credit card . Regardless of the method chosen, there are no additional fees. Our items are available in regular sizes S M L XL (European sizes 38/40/42/44) or as shown on line. We offer to realize garments in other sizes if needed, this especially for you. You may also choose another color subject to our availability. Please contact us.
Lotus clothes represent the luxurious collection of our brand. Please bear in mind that it takes two month to realize a jacket starting from picking the Lotus Flowers stems deep in the water to the finished product, this, after spinning the microfibers of the plant, weaving, dyeing to the tailoring of the garment. We have sufficient quantities but they are unpredictable due to seasons and climatic change.
Samples of pure lotus fabric, lotus/cotton, lotus/silk and pure silk are available in various colors, to send on request. So do not hesitate to ask!
